We can’t wait to welcome you to RiverTowne Family Chiropractic! We’ll provide you with your new patient paperwork prior to your first visit, and we ask that you complete it before you arrive. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you can move around in, such as jogging pants.
We run on time, so we ask that you arrive on time or even a few minutes early.
Your First Visit
Next, you’ll meet with your chiropractor for your consultation. They will sit down with you to learn more about your health history and what has prompted you to begin care. Then we’ll conduct a thorough examination to help identify the underlying cause of your pain or other symptoms. We will typically also take a full set of X-rays so we can see exactly what’s going on with your spinal health.

Your care going forward will be based on your specific needs and goals, and we will explain what you can expect for your unique care program. We encourage your questions—patients who understand our process and what they can do to optimize their health tend to get the best results!
Making Care Affordable
We have opted out of most insurance plans for the simple reason that insurance dictates the amount of care you’re entitled to—and we believe that you should get the care your body needs, without interference from insurance companies.
Our cost-effective care programs are often more affordable than paying for insurance deductibles and copays. We’ll outline all costs and payment options before you begin care.
In addition, we offer a 25% discount on our care plans for first responders, military (including veterans) and full-time college students. For auto accident patients, there is typically no out-of-pocket expense to you.
