DNA Testing
We use DNA testing to identify your specific needs. Using a simple swab of your mouth, we send your DNA off to the lab, where it analyzes 18 different single nucleotide polymorphisms to show where there are “glitches” in your DNA. Based on your specific information, the lab will formulate customized nutrition supplements for you.
Eat Real Food
Nutrition is vastly important, and our nutrition should come primarily from food sources. We don’t recommend any fad diets! Instead, we recommend a whole food diet that is free from processed foods. Depending on your specific health issues, we may make other recommendations as well, such as avoiding white flours, gluten, dairy or other common causes of gut irritation.

Education Is Key
We offer a variety of workshops in our office to help our patients maximize their health. Along with workshops on stress and wellness, we offer a workshop on our DNA nutrition approach every other month.
