Dr. Edward Bickmeyer

Dr. Bickmeyer is a native of St. Charles County. After graduating from Logan College of Chiropractic in December 1992 he opened his practice in 1993. In 2002 he relocated and founded River Towne Family Chiropractic in St. Charles, MO near Fifth Street, and I-70 where he is currently the clinic director. His passion is helping people reach their full health potential thru all-natural chiropractic care. He is a member of the Missouri Chiropractic Physicians Association and Grace Church-STL. He is married with 5 grown children, 2 daughters, and triplet sons. Sydney, one of his daughters is a chiropractor in Arizona. His hobbies include spending time with family, being out in nature, fishing, hunting, camping, and boating.


Dr. Joel Mikos

Dr. Mikos was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. At a young age he decided to become a Dr. of Chiropractic, but it wasn’t until he was 21 when he became a patient that he knew chiropractic was the profession for him. He started working in his Chiropractor’s office in 1999. Then in 2001 he moved to Chesterfield, MO where he went to Logan Chiropractic College (Logan University). He graduated from Logan receiving his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology Degree along with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2004. Dr. Mikos received honors from Logan including: The Health Center Achievement Award, The Diversified Technique Award for Adjusting and Letter of Recommendation from the Chief of Staff at Logan.

He has taught nearly 8 years of collegiate instruction in Human Anatomy and Physiology, Kinesiology, Medical Ethics among other courses and has been active in chiropractic for over 20 years. Dr. Mikos enjoys spending time with his family, his wife Salena, and his son Adrian. His hobbies include walking, golfing, and traveling. Chiropractic is the cornerstone of health for his patients and family.

Michael Schaedler

Office Manager
Michael started at Rivertowne Family Chiropractic in January 2008. After a car accident in September 2001, she became a chiropractic patient and shortly after started a career as a chiropractic assistant. Michael enjoys hearing the patient’s success stories as they go through their chiropractic journey. Michael does her best to make sure the office runs smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
On her days off, she spends time with her husband David and youngest son. Michael has 4 other grown boys and enjoys seeing them at Sunday dinners when they can all get together. She loves to cook for friends and family and to draw/paint when she can.


Alanna

Chiropractic Assistant
Alanna is a Culinary Institute Graduate with an Associates in Culinary Arts and Business Management. Alanna is skilled in Culinary Arts, Nutrition, and Hospitality. Alanna Enjoys Taking Care of Others, the Mountains, Cooking, Baking and Spending Time with her Family. She loves to watch Medical Shows, Going to Concerts and Traveling. She’s always wanted to be in the Medical Field but decided to pursue her first love of cooking. Becoming a Patient of Chiropractic it has changed Alanna’s life in many ways and continues to benefit her, husband and son. Not only is she able to provide for her family, Alanna is able to provide and help others to reach their optimal health and wellness. Alanna’s goals are to share the benefits of Chiropractic, help others reach their optimal health and guide them to their Wellness Journey.


Amber

Chiropractic Assistant
Amber is a Lindenwood Graduate with her Bachelors in Exercise Science and Minors in Business Administration and Health Management. Amber is also a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. She enjoys playing softball, coaching youth sports, working out, hiking, reading, crafting, traveling, and watching oldest nephew play sports. She has three beautiful nephews. She loves to watch college softball, STL Louis Cardinals, STL Blues, and the Philadelphia Eagles. Her goals are to become a physical therapist and own a rehabilitation facility where physical therapy and chiropractic cross over in the same building and be able to travel to all 50 states.
